Emma A. McElligott is an associate specializing in civil litigation. She graduated from Rutgers School of Law where she was a Senior Notes and Comments Editor for the Rutgers Law Review.  During law school, she was a law clerk for the New York State United Teachers where she focused on employment disputes. Before law school, Emma graduated cum laude from New York University with a B.A. in English.
