Nagel Rice’s class action against Payless Rental Cars was featured on Good Morning America.  The class action involves Payless charging customers for additional services that they do not want and specifically decline.  From the piece: Greg Kohn, one of the lawyers who filed the lawsuit, told ABC News, “Payless has used deceptive business practices in order to lure customers into their shop to rent their vehicles. They use low rates online to get people to use them over other rental agencies, but when you get there they slam you with additional fees.”

The attorneys at Nagel Rice, LLP represent clients throughout New York and New Jersey in a wide range of matters including personal injury, automobile accidents, brain injuries, medical malpractice, business litigation and class action cases.
