Nagel Rice Investigating Water Leaks in Nissan Altimas

If you own or lease a 2011 or newer Nissan Altima and have experienced water leaking into the passenger compartment even though your windows and sunroof remain closed during rainy weather please contact us. We are investigating a possible class action against Nissan resulting from faulty design and placement of the sunroof drains in several model year Altimas. Consumers who own these vehicles are left with wet carpeting, sometimes inches of standing water inside the car, and moldy smells that are hard to eliminate. Nissan often refuses to investigate the cause of these leaks and often blames the consumer for faulty maintenance. If you are interested in more information please call 973-618-0400 ext. 119 or e-mail nagelrice@nagelrice.com.
