Nagel Rice Settles Kardashians Diet Product Litigation

October 2013 – Bruce Nagel of Nagel Rice in Roseland, recently told Southern District of New York Magistrate Judge, Andrew Peck, that a settlement in the California case against the Kardashians had been approved on Aug. 5 and the New York case should stay pending the final order from California.  Nagel told Judge Peck that the four class representatives in the New York case failed to opt-out of the California case. He asked Peck to continue a stay in the New York suit until a final order was issued in the California case. Judge Peck dismissed the case with the consent of the parties.
