Nagel Rice has a pending class-action lawsuit involving Samsung top-load washing machines manufactured with defective drain pumps and drain pump housings and mounts that break resulting in leaks or flooding in the home. These flimsy plastic parts were installed on several different models at least through the end of December 2012.
