$225 Million Settlement-Laid the Groundwork for Settlement with ExxonMobil on Behalf of the State of New Jersey

Nagel Rice assists DEP in obtaining $225 million pollution settlement between New Jersey and Exxon Mobil Corp.  The litigation against Exxon was handled by Kanner & Whiteley of New Orleans and Nagel Rice of Roseland.  According to the retainer agreement, they are expected to receive roughly $45 million in fees, on top of reimbursement.
