Lisa Considine has devoted her practice for the past 20 years to representing consumers in cases involving violations of State and Federal consumer protection laws, specializing in complex class actions.

Lisa was most recently appointed class counsel in the matters Holloway et al. v. Kohler Co. et al., United States District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin, Docket No. 2:23-cv-01242 (approved as class counsel in nationwide class action involving allegations of harm by pension plan’s use of unreasonable actuarial assumptions under ERISA); Story et al. v. Heartland Payment Systems, LLC, United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, Docket No. 3:19-cv-724 (preliminarily approved as class counsel in an $18.25 million settlement concerning allegations that defendant wrongfully charged fees to users of a platform through which money was uploaded for school lunches); Fares et als. v. Char-Broil, Case No. 1:24-cv-04878 (N.D. Ill. 2024) (approved as interim class counsel in nationwide matter involving fraud and warranty claims arising from product recall); Bacon v. Avis Budget Group, Inc., and Payless Car Rental, Inc., Case No. 2:16-cv-05939 (D.N.J.) (preliminarily certified as class counsel in $19 million settlement concerning allegations of fraudulent sales practices in consumer car rentals); JM et al v. Elnahal et al, 2:18-cv-17303-CLW (D.N.J.) (certified as class counsel on behalf of the patients of Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital and obtained injunctive relief in a groundbreaking patients’ rights action).

Lisa sits on the Board of Directors of the Consumer League of New Jersey, is President of the Worrall F. Mountain Inn of Court, and has served at the pleasure of the Supreme Court on the District IIB and District IX Ethics Committees. Ms. Considine also served as Co-Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Class Action Special Committee, served as Co-Chair of the 2024 NCLC Spring Training Solar Fraud Track and is a member of the NJSBA’s Consumer Protection Law Committee, as well as the National Association of Consumer Advocates and is a frequent speaker on issues pertaining to consumer fraud and class actions.

Lisa has been named to the Super Lawyer’s list from 2022-2025.
