Meghan Tarino’s practice encompasses an array of litigation areas, including commercial litigation, class action suits, personal injury, and sex abuse. She has litigated cases in both state and federal court, with experience in legal research, motion practice, and trial preparation.
She also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Kelly D. Eckel of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, where she drafted judicial opinions and conducted legal research on a wide variety of civil matters.
Prior to attending law school, Meghan received her B.A. in English with a minor in Deaf Studies from Boston University. She later gained experience as a legal intern and paralegal at Finbury & Sullivan, P.C., where she assisted in criminal and civil matters.
She also interned with the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, working in the Special Prosecution and Community Affairs Units, assisting with investigations, community outreach and content development, as well as research for and under the supervision of the FBI’s Counter Intelligence Unit.
Meghan received her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in May 2025.
