The Law Journal recently published the list of the 20 largest personal injury recoveries—settlements as well as verdicts—reported by the Law Journal between Aug. 21, 2018, and Aug. 19, 2019.
Nagel Rice had the honor of obtaining the largest recovery in the State of New Jersey during that time period – a verdict of $39 million as a result of a motorcycle accident.
Nagel Rice also had the distinction of having the tenth highest recovery – a $5.1 million settlement of a medical malpractice suit on behalf of a woman whose stroke was misdiagnosed as a psychiatric episode.
