Nagel Rice’s client accepted a $1,019,000 settlement arising out of a surgical procedure performed at the facility of Dr. Joseph Dello Russo.
We alleged that the lasik procedure performed on our client caused wrinkling of the cornea due to a faulty follow-up by a physician employed by Dello Russo.
The case was handled by Bruce Nagel. It is just the most recent in a series of successful litigations against Dr. Dello Russo.
