HAVE YOU PURCHASED TICKETS TO A BON JOVI CONCERT IN NEW JERSEY FOR MORE THAN FACE VALUE?

Nagel Rice has filed suit against Live Nation and AEG Live, the two largest concert promoters in the United States.  Nagel Rice alleges that  the concert promoters wrongfully withheld tickets from sale to the public in violation of New Jersey law forcing consumers into the secondary market (i.e. StubHub, eBay, Vivid Seats, etc.) to purchase tickets at exorbitant prices.

If you purchased tickets to a Bon Jovi concert in New Jersey on the secondary market, you may be entitled to compensation.

Bon Jovi concerts were held on:

  • February 23, 2009 at Starland Ballroom

  • May 26, 27, 29, 2010 at MetLife Stadium

  • July 9, 2010 at MetLife Stadium

  • July 25, 2013 at MetLife Stadium

  • July 27, 2013 at MetLife Stadium
