Nagel Rice Files Six Child Sex Abuse Cases

On Monday December 2, 2019, Nagel Rice filed six child sex abuse cases in New Jersey and New York against institutions such as the Newark Archdiocese, The Boy Scouts of America, the Amateur Athletic Union, and the American Legion. These filings are in addition to the four cases currently pending in New York related to allegations of child sexual abuse by Coach Tony Sagona in the Babe Ruth baseball league and other sports leagues in Staten Island.

Nagel Rice’s filing of these new child sex abuse cases was featured on NBC News, NJ.Com and the front page of the Star Ledger.
