A New Jersey women who bought tickets to Bon Jovi and Justin Bieber concerts has filed a class action lawsuit in federal court accusing AEG and its related entities of violating the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act in the sale of tickets to Bon Jovi concerts in 2010 and Justin Bieber concerts in 2013.  According to the complaint filed in Newark federal court, Jessica Pollard claims that AEG only made 1% of the tickets available to the public forcing most fans to purchase tickets in the secondary market at high inflated prices, all in violation of the New Jersey law that requires 95% of all tickets to be sold to the public. Nagel Rice is seeking treble damages which it estimates in the hundreds of millions.
